My Story
My Journey out of survival mode to freedom.
Hi, I'm Goonjani Patel — and my story is the reason I do this work.
I'm Goonjani Patel (formerly Gunjani Patel), MA, LPCC, LMHC — a Licensed Clinical Counselor practicing in California and Florida with over 18 years of clinical experience, helping high-performers, coaches, founders, and entrepreneurs regulate their nervous system to expand their consciousness to clear the self-sabotage patterns blocking their success, relationships, and manifestation.
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Certified EMDR Trauma Specialist (Level 2). Nervous System Architect. My own journey started with PTSD, severe depression, and anxiety — years spent hustling, forcing, and white-knuckling my way through life in mind, body, and spirit.
Then I found a different way. One that didn't require force — just alignment, which led to freedom in relationships, in finances, in business, in health.
Now, I teach high-performers, coaches, founders, and celebrities to awaken the version of themselves that lives in freedom and flow — empowered, aligned, and finally at ease. My mission: make suffering optional.
Where It Started
Not the kind you'd expect. My clients weren't people who hadn't done the work — they'd done all of it. Therapy. Mindset coaching. The books, the journaling, the affirmations. And still, something was missing.
They expressed it felt like something felt missing, this deep void like they weren't living their potential.
My career began in clinical counseling. I worked with people navigating real stress & trauma — the kind that rewires how a person moves through the world in mind, body, and spirit. I earned my credentials. I helped people. I built something I was proud of.
And still, privately, I was hitting the same invisible ceiling myself.
Another client thanks me for saving her marriage. I nod, I smile, I mean it. Then I get in my car, and my hands are shaking on the wheel — again.
I had the degree. The license. The framework for every kind of nervous system dysregulation & stress except the one sitting in my own body.
For years, I told myself it was mindset. So I did the affirmations. The visualizing. The journaling. I forced. I hustled. I performed — for clients, for family, for a version of "put together" that looked good from the outside.
None of it held. One foot on the gas. One foot on the brake. And I couldn't understand why.
Until I stopped treating myself like the expert — and started treating myself like the coachable client so I decided to take a leap and invest in myself and my growth and learning from the best in the field.
Some of my mentors are Vishen Lakhiani, Regan Hillyer, Sonia Choquette, Eric Edmedes, Mitesh & Indu Khatri, Lisa Nichols, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Peter Crone, Lisa A. Smith, and many more.
It wasn't until I studied nervous system regulation — through the same lens I used with my clients — that I finally understood.
My body had been stuck in survival mode for years. It wasn't blocking my success out of failure. It was blocking it out of protection.
The body doesn't block your goals because it hates you or you are broken. It blocks them because it's been trying to keep you safe — from a version of threat that no longer serves your next level & expansion. Your nervous system is the most important tool no one taught you to use to quantum jump.

The Shift
Your story doesn't live in your head — it lives in your body and cellular memory.
I had the clinical training. I understood the neuroscience. But applying it to my own life — stepping outside the therapist role and into the student — required a completely different kind of humility.
Over years of working with breathwork, EMDR, Ho'oponopono, clinical hypnotherapy, and somatic regulation practices, I built something that actually held. Not a set of hacks — a real relationship with how my mind, body, and spirit works together, and how to shift it on purpose.
The results changed everything. The opportunities I'd been freezing on started moving. My relationships significantly pivoted into so much love and harmony because my relationship to myself and how I valued myself changed. The money followed. Not because I attracted it — because I stopped self-sabotaging every time it came close, so it multiplied and grew significantly.
I want the same for you...
My Mission
No amount of strategy, manifestation work, or positive thinking holds while the body still thinks it's under threat. My mission is to close that gap — giving ambitious people the somatic tools their mindset coaches never taught them.
My Goal For You
Not because you finally believed or affirmed hard enough — but because your nervous system is no longer the thing standing between you and the next level, but has embodied the certainty and knowingness of your next level. That's the only version of transformation I'm interested in building: the kind that's clear and embodied.

Standing On Their Shoulders
Every root I've healed, every gift I now hold, was first planted by someone who walked the path before me.
I didn't get here alone! These are my teachers whose wisdom lives inside the work I now do with you.
A big part of healing is paying it forward — hurt people hurt people, healed people hold space for others to awaken the healer within them.
I didn't do this alone. These are the mentors and teachers whose work awakened my gifts, and I have the privilege of carrying that into every session, every program, and every word I share with you.
"His work on Becoming Supernatural taught me how thought, emotion, and energy physically rewire the brain — the science underneath everything I teach about becoming a new version of yourself."
"He showed me how the subconscious mind quietly runs the show, and how naming the pattern is the first act of freedom."
"His frameworks taught me how to find the hidden order in every breakdown, and why healing has to align with what someone truly values to actually last."
"Her research gave me language for the parts of healing that are hardest to talk about — and permission to bring that honesty into my own work."
"His work opened my eyes to how fast real change can happen once the subconscious is finally speaking the same language as the conscious mind."
"His mastery of NLP and hypnosis shaped how I help people interrupt old patterns in real time, not just talk about them."
"Raina's work on attachment repair and subtle-energy somatic healing shaped how I hold space for the body to lead the healing, not just the mind."

"Her work in quantum manifestation coaching expanded how I think about healing at the level of energy, not just behavior."

"My earliest spiritual teachers, who showed me the deepest layers of emotional and relationship healing rooted in forgiveness and higher awareness."

"His work sharpened how I think about saying hard things clearly, with respect for both people in the conversation."
"Her decades of work showed me what it looks like to build a platform around truth-telling and service at scale."

"His work on building community and programs shaped how I think about the value of every program I create."
"Her teaching on investing and wealth building shaped how I help people heal their relationship with money, and build generational wealth."
"Her business coaching work shaped how I think about business and expansion of my business."
"His conversations on leadership and emotional maturity sharpened how I think about identity, self-leadership, and modern life mastery."
Lo-kah sah-mas-tah soo-khee-noh bha-van-too
This is an ancient Sanskrit mantra, and it's the closest thing I have to a personal mission statement. Roughly translated, it means: "May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life somehow contribute to that happiness and that freedom for all."
Every mentor above gave me a piece of what I needed to heal and live my highest potential. I don't hold onto that healing and growth — I pass it forward, to every person who sits across from me ready to do their own deeper inner work. Let's connect if you're ready to make suffering optional and stop doing it all on your own while going through the challenges of life so you can be the architect of your life and not the bystander of it.
